HARASSMENT - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police charged Latoya B. Acres, 28, of South Colton with second-degree harassment Thursday. Troopers said the charge stemmed from a complaint received at 10:04 a.m. Aug. 17 from the town of Parishville.

PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police said Tylar A. Jacobs, 22, of Hogansburg was picked up on an arrest warrant stemming from an incident reported to troopers Nov. 7 from the town of Massena. Troopers said Jacobs was arraigned in local court and sent to jail.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS - MOIRA - Two more teenagers have been charged with trespassing following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers in the early morning hours of July 17 in the town of Moira.

Malone-based state police charged Orlan M. Lazore, 18, of Hogansburg and Brett A. Laughing, 16, of Fort Covington with second-degree criminal trespass Thursday. Zachary Smith-Dunn, 17, of Bombay and Autumn Rourke, 17, of Hogansburg had previously been charged with second-degree criminal trespass as part of that same investigation.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 6:20 p.m. Thursday on Donovan Road, near Griffin Road, in the town of Fort Covington. Troopers said the vehicle was being operated by Frederick S. Bernor, 40, of Moira.
