DWI - WADDINGTON - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Jordan M. Lavine, 20, of 1766 County Route 44, Waddington, with driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a property damage accident Thursday on Franklin Road in the town of Waddington. Deputies said Lavine lost control of his 2003 Dodge Ram pickup truck, went off the road and struck a utility police. He was also ticketed for speed not reasonable and prudent and failure to keep right. Lavine reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.12 percent. He was released on an appearance ticket for Waddington Town Court. Deputies were assisted at the scene by Waddington Fire and Waddington Rescue.
