PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Jacob L. Farrell, 21, of 235 Center St., Apt. 4, Massena, with petit larceny and trespassing at 4:05 a.m. Saturday on Center Street. Police allege Farrell stole change and multiple X-box games from parked cars on Center Street. They said Saturday their investigation was continuing and further charges could be pending.
