POTSDAM - Joseph A. Bregg, 58, 14 Mechanic St., Norwood, was arrested by state police Wednesday and charged with the prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages.

Mr. Bregg allegedly sold alcohol to an unidentified subject under the age of 21 at Jeremiah’s Tavern in Norwood.

He is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court.
