POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies have charged Amanda J. Gilbo, 27, of 609 English Settlement Road, Ogdensburg, and Terry Power, 31, currently residing at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton, with misdemeanor counts of petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy following an investigation into an Aug. 1 shoplifting incident at the Potsdam. Power and Gilbo are charged with shoplifting a generator, bottled water and birdseed from the Potsdam store. The merchandise was valued at $239.92. They were released on appearance tickets for Potsdam court.
