UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - WINTHROP - Winthrop-based state police charged Devon A. Young, 16, of Winthrop with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident reported to troopers at 7 a.m. Saturday from state Route 11C in Winthrop.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 2:22 p.m. Saturday in the Hannaford’s parking lot at the St. Lawrence Plaza in the town of Massena. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Michelle M. Hopps, 50, of Hogansburg and Ralph W. Jeffrey, 74, of Potsdam.
