UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Jonathan R. Ladue, 33, of Lake Placid with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at 10:24 p.m. Monday on state Route 420 in the town of Norfolk.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police investigated a property damage accident at 12:23 p.m. Monday on state Route 37 near Brown Church Road in the town of Waddington. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Janet S. Mitchell, 80, of Waddington.
