Bevins, 19, of 33 Grantville Road, Norfolk, with petit larceny at 3:59 p.m. Monday after she allegedly shoplifted nail polish, Crest Whitening Toothpaste, Nexxus hair products and a Clorox bleach pen from Price Chopper. She was released on an appearance ticket.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Raymond G. Lancto III, 22, of 30 Woodlawn Ave., Massena, was charged by village police with disorderly conduct for unreasonable noise at 10:47 p.m. Monday on Park Avenue.

UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Michael R. Hart, 35, of Massena was charged by village police with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 1:11 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on Glenn Street. Hart was additionally ticketed for uninspected motor vehicle.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Kaylee M. Ashley, 22, of 112 Trippanyville Road, Norfolk, was ticketed by village police for speeding at 1:11 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 37 in the village.
