CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - CANTON - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Daniel J. Bray, 40, of Old Market Road, West Stockholm, with misdemeanor counts of second-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree criminal mischief Wednesday afternoon following an investigation into an incident that took place on Aug. 26 in the town of Stockholm. Deputies allege Bray violated a Family Court order of protection when he smashed the window in a camper trailer owned by the protected party. He was arraigned by Parishville Town Justice Frank Dunning and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $500 cash. His next court appearance will be scheduled for Stockholm Town Court.
