POTSDAM— Angela A. Brewer, 23, of Norfolk, was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated by Massena-based state police at 1:38 a.m. Thursday.

Ms. Brewer was stopped and ticketed for speeding while traveling on Route 11at 1:26 a.m. Thursday in the town of Potsdam, troopers said. Her BAC was measured at 0.11 percent.

She was issued an appearance ticket for Sept. 27 in Potsdam Town Court on Sept. 27.
