Ogdensburg police are investigating a residential burglary that occurred overnight Monday.

Police were notified Tuesday at 6:10 p.m. that a forced-entry burglary had occurred at the home of Giuseppe Cammisano, 308 Jersey Ave.

Detective Sgt. Robert H. Wescott on Wednesday declined to comment on the specifics of the forced entry or whether property was taken.

Anyone with information for the investigation is asked to call the police department at 393-1551.
