David W. Forsythe, of 564 Murphy Road, Lisbon, called Ogdensburg police Wednesday at 12:58 p.m. to report that a trailer license plate was lost in the city on Sunday.

City police were called Wednesday at 1 a.m. to investigate a report of people looking into vehicles in the parking lot at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, 214 King St. No one was there when police arrived.
