HEUVELTON - The Heuvelton Labor Day Committee is sponsoring a childrens fishing derby with registration beginning at 7:30 a.m.on Saturday, Sept. 1 at the village boat launch. The derby for anglers tjree years of age and up begins at 8 a.m. and ends at noon.

Children must be accompanied by an adult to participate. There is no charge for this contest and prizes will be awarded. Michelle Ladouceur is conducting this event and for more information call Michelle at 344-7027 or Shirley at 393-5684.
