BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up William P. Rochefort, 18, of 207 Stoughton Ave., Massena, on a bench warrant at 4:30 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Park Avenue. Massena Acting Village Justice James M. Crandall issued the warrant after Rochefort allegedly violated the conditions of his release under probation supervision. He had been released under the supervision of the probation department after being charged May 14 with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and resisting arrest. He allegedly violated the conditions of his release by possessing alcohol andf being out after his 8 p.m. daily curfew. He was arraigned on the warrant byJudge Crandall and released after posting $750 bail.
