CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MASSENA - Village police charged Barry K. Hill III, 21, of 66 Spruce St., Massena, with fourth-degree criminal mischief Friday afternoon following an investigation into an intcident that took place at 4 a.m. Friday. An allegedly intoxicated Hill damaged a window at the 3 Depot St. residence of Veronica Gillespie when he was visiting his friends. He was released on an appearance ticket.
