AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Juanita M. Martinez, 35, of 388 state Route 420, Winthrop, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1:02 p.m. Friday on County Route 36 in the town of Louisville. She was also ticketed for speeding in a 55 mph zone. Her operating privileges had been suspended Aug. 18 by the town of Louisville court for failure to answer summons. She was arraigned on the aggravated unlicensed operation count by Massena Town Justice James M. Crandall and released after posting $300 bail.
