BRASHER FALLS— Kevin R. Mitchell, 26, of 1083 County Route 50, Brasher Falls, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and misdemeanor reckless driving by state police at 9:37 p.m. Thursday.

Mr. Mitchell was pulled over for failing to keep right while traveling on County Route 55 in the town of Brasher. His BAC was measured at 0.22 percent at the police station, troopers said.

Mr. Mitchell also was charged with a stopping violation and refusing to take a breath test, both infractions.

Mr. Mitchell was released to a third party.
