MASSENA— Joseph M. Olmstead, 30, of 62 Center Street, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated by state police at 11:04 p.m. Thursday.

Mr. Olmstead, who was previously charged with aggravated DWI in the town of Louisville in 2008, was also charged with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right, an infraction.

Mr. Olmstead was pulled over while traveling on Northview Drive in Massena and accused of testing a 0.21 percent BAC.

He was released to a third party.
