CRIMINAL POSSESSION MARIJUANA - HAMMOND - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Tiffany S. Johnson, 23, of Hogansburg and Timothy D. McDougla, 27, of Ticonderago with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana (more than 1 pound) following a traffic stop at 8:30 p.m. Thursday on state Route 37 in the town of Hammond.
AGGRAVATED DWI - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged Kevin R. Mitchell, 26, of Brasher Falls with aggravated driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breath test and ticketed him for reckless driving and a stop sign violation following a traffic stop at 9:30 p.m. Thursday on County Route 55 in the town of Lawrence.
AGGRAVATED DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Joseph M. Olmstead, 30, of Massena with aggravated driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for failure to keep right following a traffic stop at 10:54 p.m. Thursday on Northview Drive.
STOLEN PROPERTY - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Sarah V. Avery, 25, of Bombay with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Thursday following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers on May 20.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 9:14 a.m. Thursday on Cemetery Road in North Lawerence. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Edward W. Rose, 55, of North Lawrence.
