CRIMINAL TRESPASS - POTSDAM - Village police charged Severin L. Young, 18, of Harrisville with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass at 2:20a.m. Friday on Racquette Road. Police said patrols responded to a report of a burglary in progress at an apartment at Evergreen Park. Patrols found Young passed out on a couch in the living room. Patrols removed Young from the apartment and took him into custody. Further investigation revealed that Young had kicked in a door to a vacant apartment but was unable to gain access. Young then entered an apartment next door after a tenant came outside to see what was going on. Young was released on appearance tickets.
