WADDINGTON — Kimball F. Oshier, 54, Waddington, was charged by state police with trespassing at 11:15 a.m. Friday.

Mr. Oshier is accused of acting in an unruly fashion at his mother’s residence on Lincoln Avenue and refusing to leave when asked.

He is scheduled to appear in Waddington Town Court.
