Terry D. Thomas, 29, of 1001 Paterson St., was issued a summons Friday at 3:05 a.m. on Paterson Street for uninspected motor vehicle,

held on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond in St. Lawrence County jail, Canton. He is set for a preliminary hearing in city court on Tuesday and was told to abide by a no-contact order of protection for Mr. Phillips.
