DWI - FOWLER - Gouverneur-based state police charged Joseph D. Chamberlain, 53, of Fort Covington with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 9:32 p.m. Sunday on state Route 812 in the town of Fowler. Troopers said he was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Andrew J. Peters, 22, of Massena with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at 3 a.m. Sunday on state Route 420 in the town of Norfolk.
CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Austin A. Deruchia, 19, of Massena with second-degree criminal contempt following a complaint filed with troopers at 6:49 p.m. Sunday from the town of Massena.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Larry A. Dillabough, 20, of Brushton with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident at 1:58 p.m. Saturday on Delaney Road in the town of Moira.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 1:16 p.m. Sunday on McGinnis Road, near County Route 44, in the town of Waddington. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Larry A. Dillabough, 20, of Brushton.
DWI - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Richard A. White, 53, of Moira with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 2:28 a.m. Sunday on state Route 11 in the town of Moira. He was also ticketed for failure to keep right.
DWI - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Earl A. Goodwin, 53, of Brushton with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 10:50 p.m. Saturday on County Route 17 in the town of Moira. He was also ticketed for failure to keep right.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MALONE - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 7:01 p.m. Saturday in the McDonalds parking lot in Malone. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Richard T. Peloquin, 55, of Fort Covington and Barbara A. Gravell, 65, of Malone.
