PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - NORTH LAWRENCE - Masssena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident atr 5:38 a.m. Tuesday on County Route 55, near Cady Road, in the town of Lawrence. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Keith J. Pcolar, 38, of Colton.

PETIT LARCENY - PLATTSBURGH - Plattsburgh-based state police charged Wayne A. Jock, 18, of Winthrop with petit larceny following an incident reported at 4:30 p.m. Monday in the town of Plattsburrgh.
