MASSENA— A brother and sister accused of stealing $300 from someone in mid-August was arrested Tuesday by state police shortly after 4 p.m.

Jon L. Larue, 21, of 544 Ruddy Road, Chase Mills, and Samantha H. Larue, 20, of 26A Tamarack St., Massena, were both charged with misdemeanor counts of petit larceny.

Police declined to identify the alleged victim.

The Larues were issued appearance tickets.
