Jillian M. Brabant, 28, of 4500 Route 812, Heuvelton, was arrested Tuesday at 10:04 a.m. on an Ogdensburg City Court arrest warrant for a July 30 charge of second-degree harassment, Ogdensburg police said. She was released from court on her own recognizance.

Jeffrey L. Price Jr., 24, of 308 Lafayette St., was ticketed Sunday at 8:30 p.m. on West River Street for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, city police said.

Kendra Bombria, 25, of Agawam, Mass., was issued a summons Sunday at 5:30 p.m. at Paterson and Greene streets for unregistered motor vehicle, Ogdensburg police reported.

Gary L. Richards, 49, of 448 Belmont Courts, was arrested Sunday at 3:14 p.m. for unlawful possession of marijuana, city police reported.

Frederick J. Compo Sr., 42, of 414 Hasbrouck St., was arrested Saturday at 11:37 p.m. on Mechanic Street for fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. Ogdensburg police said Mr. Compo is accused of attempting to start a fight and breaking beer bottles.

Danielle M. Denoncourt, 35, of 207 Mansion Ave., was ticketed Saturday at 11:49 p.m. at Paterson and Lafayette streets for failure to stop at a stop sign, city police said.

Kyong Fike, 57, of 502 King St., was issued a summons Friday at 6:08 p.m. at Canton and Franklin streets for uninspected motor vehicle, Ogdensburg police reported.

Amanda J. Gilbo, 27, of 258 Belmont Courts, was arrested Friday at 4:11 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, city police said.
