DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Ryan D. Morrill, 22, of Massena with disorderly conduct at 1:50 a.m. Saturday following an incident in downtown Massena.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MOOERS - Chazy-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 12:48 a.m. Saturday on Bears Den Way near Route 11 in the town of Mooers. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Brent Roy Bailey, 52, of Parishville.
