Snyder, 30, of 103 Liberty Ave., Massena, with owning/harboring an unlicensed dog, allow his dog to run at large and having a dog with no rabies vaccination Saturday morning after an investigation into an Aug. 26 incident. Snyder’s pit bull reportedly attacked and injured a poodle on Jefferson Avenue.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Robin L. McMahon, 33, of 9A Woodlawn Ave., Massena, with operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 12:31 a.m. Sunday on North Main Street.
