STOLEN PROPERTY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Khalil White, 34, of Dekalb Junction with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following an incident reported at 7:18 p.m. Monday in the town of Potsdam. Troopers said the arrest was made at Skateland in Dekalb.

CRIMINAL SEXUAL ACT - NORFOLK - Norfolk-based state police charged a 12-year-old male, whose names was not released because he is under 16 years of age, with first-degree criminal sexual act Monday stemming from an incident reported to troopers on the evening of Sept. 6 from the town of Norfolk. The alleged victim was under 11 years of age. The 12 year old’s case was turned over to the probation department for petitioning to St. Lawrence County Family Court.

PERSONAL INJURY - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police said one person was injured in a two vehicle collision at 12:25 p.m. Monday on Route 37 at the Coles Creek Campground road. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Charles B. Rawlins, 84, of Massena and Sandra L. Chambers, 42, of Lisbon.

PERSONAL INJURY - PLATTSBURGH - Valcour-based state police said one person was injured following a two-vehicle crash at 3:59 p.m. Monday on County Route 57 in the town of Plattsburgh. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Gary B. Coffie, 56, of Parishville and Vincent J. Garafola, 21, of Medford.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - MALONE - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle accident at 7:13 a.m. Monday on Route 11 near Wheeler Road in the town of Malone. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Cynthia A. Miller, 53, of North Bangor and Norman L. Foley, 52, of Brasher Falls.
