Ogdensburg City Police issued ticketed Mark A. Ramsey, 21, of 1002 Clark St., for dog at large Saturday at 9:50 a.m. The dog was a pit bull, police said.

City police ticketed Frankki E. Marissa, 17, of 212 Linden Lane, with dog at large Saturday at 10:50 a.m. Police said the dog was a Laborador.

City police ticketed Ronald J. Tebo, 63, of 2370 County Route 27, Russell, for failing to yield the right of way at the intersection of King Street and New York Avenue, Ogdensburg, Saturday at 10:50 a.m.

City police ticketed Randy L. Durham Jr., 29, of 163 Sand Street Road, Hammond, for driving without a license Saturday at 2:59 p.m.

City police ticketed Judith Poirier, 71, of 606 Hamilton St., for failing to yield the right of way at the intersection of Mansion Avenue and Spring Street Saturday at 6:38 p.m.

Police ticketed Brenda L. Lovely, 51, of 5754 County Route 6, Ogdensburg, for having a headlight out Saturday at 8:23 p.m.

City police ticketed Dustin M. Dean, 25, of 808 New York Ave., for unsafe start Saturday at 11:55 p.m. Police said he was ticketed at the corner or New York Avenue and Oak Street.

Travis G. England, 19, of 1205 Washington St., Ogdensburg, was ticketed by city police for speeding and driving without a license Sunday at 12:26 a.m.

Police issued an open container violation to Patrick T. Durgan, 29, of 202 Hamilton St., Apt. B, in the 600 Block of New York Avenue Sunday at 3:30 a.m.

City police charged Sean A. McIntosh, 20, of 316 Adams Ave., Monday at 8:25 a.m. on a city court bench warrant for swimming off city property. He was fined $10.
