PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - OSWEGATCHIE - Ogdensburg-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 8:10 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 68, near Route 37, in the town of Oswegatchie. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Timothy A. Lalonde, 31, of Madrid and Dianne F. Perretta, 43, of Brier Hill.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police said a vehicle struck a vehicle registered to James L. Dupuis, 54, of Massena and then left the scene at 8:43 a.m. Tuesday in a parking lot off Route 37 in the town of Massena.

BAD CHECK - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Jeremy R. Hebert, 33, of Brushton with four counts of issuing a bad check Tuesday following a complaint from the town of Moira.
