PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Brian D. Capstraw, 44, of 15 East Hatfield St., Massena, with petit larceny at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday following an investigation into an incident tht occurred at Price Chopper. Capstraw reportedly ledt the store without paying for a container of hair dye.

PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Jayson Thompson, 27, of 41 Liberty Ave., Massena, with petit larceny at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday at the Harte Haven Shopping Center. Thompson allegedly stuffed $46.96 worth of socks, underwear and other clothing items into his pants and walked out of TJ Maxx without paying for the merchandise, police said
