PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - State police investigated FOUR property damage accidents in the region Wednesday.
Canton-based state police investigated a one-vehicle accident at 7:45 a.m. on state Route 310 at State Street in the town of Canton. Troopers identified the driver as Michael J. Wright, 25, of Madrid.
Canton-based state police investigated a two-vehicle collision at 2:15 p.m. on state Route 11, near the Morley-Potsdam Road, in the town of Potsdam. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Beth Morey, 51, of Potsdam and Patrick A. Ratigan, 57, of Adams.
Canton-based state police investigated a one-vehicle accident at 7:44 p.m. on County Route 24, near County Route 27, in the town of Pierrepont. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Cynthia M. Charleson, 56, of Colton.
Massena-based state police investigated a one vehicle accident at 2:38 p.m. on state Route 56, near Route 310, in the town of Norfolk. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Edgar T. Blackmer, 44, of Russell.
PETIT LARCENY - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged a 13-year-old male with petit larceny following a complaint made to troopers at 8:41 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Fort Covington. The juveniles name was not released because he is under 16 years of age. His case was sent to the probation department for possible petitioning to Franklin County Family Court.
