Gene N. Barr, of 310 Franklin St., Apt. A, called Ogdensburg police Wednesday at 11:03 a.m. to report that his bicycle was stolen.

Gary A. Geddes Jr., 27 of 206 Elizabeth St., was issued summonses Wednesday at 7:45 a.m. on King Street for unlicensed operation and no/inadequate stop lamps, Ogdensburg police reported.

David A. Hazelton, 37, of 1001 State St., Apt. A., was ticketed Tuesday at 12:38 a.m. on Jay Street for inadequate tail lamps, city police said.

Lanie L. Massia, 18, of 212 Linden Lane, was issued a summons Tuesday at 10 p.m. on Ford Street for unlicensed operation, Ogdensburg police reported.
