CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - NORFOLK - Three Norwood-Norfolk Central School students fasce felony drug counts following an incident reported at 12:53 p.m. Wednesday.
Massena-based state police charged a 14-year-old male from Norwood a 15-year-old male from Norwood and a 15-year-old male from Raymondville with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on school grounds or a school bus. Their names were not released by troopers since they are under 16 years of age.
The cases of the three teenagers were sent to the probation department to determine if they will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged Cody W. Manchester, 17, of North Lawrence with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for a license restriction violation following a traffic stop at 6:35 p.m. Thursday on Finnegan Road in the town of Lawrence.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - DICKINSON - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 4:21 p.m. Thursday on County Route 5, near the Port Kent Road, in the town of Dickinson. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Mandie S. Bouvia, 35, of Malone and Melissa Jane Fraser, 42, of Dickinson Center.
