DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Steven A. Barry, 26, of Chaumont with disorderly conduct - obstructing traffic at 2:01a.m. Friday on Market Street. Police said a patrol was pulling off Raymond Street on Market Street when Barry walked out in front of the patrol car. Barry then moved out of the way and proceeded to tap the rear of the patrol car with his hand. He wasreleased on an appearance ticket.



FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Nicole A. Traphagen, 20, of Wayland for failure to yield right of way on a left turn following a traffic stop at 9:26 p.m. Friday on Market Street. Police said Traphagen failed to yield the right of way before making a left turn from Market Street onto Sisson Street.



STOP SIGN - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Laneise M. Goggans, 20, of Potsdam for failure to stop at stop sign following a traffic stop at 9:47 p.m. Friday on Main Street.



PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Anthony C. Bellantoni, 19, of White Plains with public urination at 11:25 p.m. Friday on Cedar Street. Police said an officer observed Bellantoni urinating in public view.



BENCH WARRANT - POTSDAM - Village police said Zachary Corbine, 26, of Edwards entered the Potsdam Police Department at 10:20 a.m. Friday and to turned himself in on a bench warrant for probation violation.Corbine was arraigned by Stockholm Town Justice Wayne Williams and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
