FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Michael C. Janover, 19, of Islip Terrace for failure to yield right of way at a yield sign following a traffic stop at 12:28 a.m. Saturday on Main Street.

OPEN CONTAINER- POTSDAM - Village police charged Tyler N. Tomeny, 19, of Syracuse with an open container violation and underage possession of alcohol with intent to consume at 1:18 a.m. Saturday on Market Street. Police said an officer observed Tomeny with an open container of an alcoholic beverage. Officer identified the subject to be less than 21 years of age.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Thomas W. Richards, 21, of Ballston Spa with disorderly conduct at 1:20 a.m. Saturday on Elm Street. Police observed Richards carrying a road cone on Elm Street.

UNNECESSARY NOISE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Matthew V. McCabe, 21, of Camillus with an unnecessary noise violation at 2:01 a.m. Saturday on Market Street. Police said McCabe was using a noise maker to create unnecessary noise.

DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Michael J. Landoll II, 28, of Norwood with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 2:43 a.m. Saturday on Market Street after responding to a domestic dispute complaint. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Harby Farrier, 17, of New York, N.Y., with disorderly conduct - obstructing traffic at 5:25 p.m. Pierrepont Avenue after they observed the skateboarder cut off a motorist at Pierrepont and Main. Police said they were responding to complaints of skaterboarders interrupting traffic.

1100 Potsdam Rescue and patrols dispatched to a village residence for a male unable to move.

1349 Report of a stolen bike from Pierrepont Avenue.

1411 Reckless driving complaint May and Market.

1420 Criminal mischief in the old Snell parking lot.

1548 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to Hannawa Falls for possible heart attack.

1613 Driver’s license found. Owner was contacted.

1616 A key was found on lower Bay Street and placed in lost and found.

1638 Department of Transportation notified that the southbound inside lane at Market and Sandstone has a light out.

1725 Report of three skateboarders riding in and out of traffic on Market Street. Patrol observed them on Elm Street. Two were stopped on Park Street and the third was stopped on Pierrepont Avenue after patrol observed him cut off a vehicle at the intersection of Pierrepont and Main Street.

Harby Farrier, age 17 of New York, NY, was issued an Appearance Ticket for PL 240.20/05 Disorderly Conduct obstructing traffic; returnable in Potsdam Village Court on 09/26/2012.

1751 Patrol completed a traffic stop on Pierrepont Avenue. A verbal warning was issued.

1810 Report of a blown transformer on Maple Street near Clarkson University. Patrols dispatched National Grid, and Potsdam Fire also dispatched.

1829 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to Hannawa Falls for a female who has fallen and sustained an arm injury.

1830 Report of a personal injury accident on Sisson Road. Patrols and Potsdam Rescue dispatched.

1830 Report of a property damage accident in the Price Chopper parking lot. Vehicle into a pole.

2007 Report of a disruptive patient at Canton-Potsdam Hospital. Patrols responded.

2016 Citizen called requesting assistance obtaining his keys locked inside his vehicle. Local wrecker service was contacted.

2037 Received a call from a female who works in the village stating that she was threatened via phone. It was determined the offense had occurred outside of the village, and caller was referred to the appropriate agencies. Patrols will be on the lookout for the suspect as the caller gets done with work.

2115 An ATM card was found and turned into the Potsdam Police Department.

2315 Intoxicated driver complaint. Patrols dispatched unable to locate vehicle.

2318 Traffic stop Main Street. Verbal warning.

2331 Patrol responded to a noise complaint on State Street.
