AGGRAVATED DWI - MASSENA - Village police charged Nancy L. Defilippo, 49, of 12 Richards St., Massena, with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 8:16 p.m. Sunday in the Harte Haven Shopping Plaza. She was also charged with having an open container of alcohol in her vehicle and was ticketed for failure to signal and making an unsafe start. She reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent.



PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Aaron J. Cummings, 19, of 69 Route 374, Brainardsville, with petit larceny at 3:57 p.m. Thursday. Cummings and a co-defendant reportedly pushed a cart out of Walmart without paying for $444 worth of merchandise. Villlage police said their investigation is continuing, and an additional arrest is pending.



PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Marcus L. Racine, 29,of 92 East Orvis St., Massena, for petit larceny following an incident at 4:47 p.m. Thursday at TJ Maxx. He reportedly attempted to shoplift deodorant and a hat from the store.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed I.A. Papineau, 21, of Rourke Road, Hogansburg, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 4:40 a.m. July 17 on state Route 37.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Nicole M. Weegar, 30, of Kingsley Road, Massena, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 3:27 p.m. Sunday on the Willow Street Extension.



LEAVING THE SCENE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Megan R. Joubert, 18, of County Route 41, Massena, for leaving the scene of a property damage accident at 11:57 a.m. Sunday in the Walmart parking lot.



RED LIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Avery M. Delosh, 18, of Massena for illegally passing a red light following a traffic stop at 1:15 a.m. Sunday on Andrews Street.



UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jenna M. Oakes, 26, of Mose Cook Road, Akwesasne, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration, no insurance and inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 8 p.m. Saturday on East Hatfield Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Gary E. Torbey, 45, of Massena for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 7:50 p.m. Saturday on East Hatfield Street.



UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Stevie A. Burley, 22, of Massena for unsafe backing following an incident at 6:35 p.m. Saturday on South Main Street.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Eric J. Deshane, 18, of state Route 37C, Massena, with two stop sign violations at 5:45 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop after he was reportedly observed running stop signs at Woodlawn at Ober and Ober at Franklin.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Brooke L. Foster, 17, of Tracy Road, Lisbon, for two stop sign violations at 6 p.m. Saturday after she reportedly failed to yield at the stop signs at Woodlawn at Ober and Ober at Franklin.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Aleksey Pyatigorskiy, 21, of Potsdam for speed in zone and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 2:34 p.m. Saturday on Andrews Street.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jessica A. McDonald, 35, of Massena for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 2:30 p.m. Saturday on Main Street.



NO LEFT TURN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Thomas P. Bourassa, 52, of state Route 11B, Nicholville, for making an illegal left turn after he was observed making a left turn off Water Street onto Main Street at 1:45 p.m. Saturday.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Isaac E. Gilbert, 46, of Hannawa Falls for speed in zone at 12:59 p.m.. Saturday on East Hatfield Street.



UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Brittany A. Razis, 22, of County Route 51, Winthrop, for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 11:20 a.m. Saturday on East Orvis Street.



INADEQUATE BRAKE LIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Nils I. Peterson, 46, of County Route 25, Canton, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate brake lights following a traffic stop at 2:20 a.m. Friday on McCluskey Avenue.
