HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Canton-based state police charged Vincent Z. Jangro, 26, of Canton with second-degree harassment Sunday stemming from an investigation reported to troopers at 5:56 p.m. Sept. 1 from the town of Canton. Jangro was charged Sunday at North Country Freedom Homes in Canton.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 6:41 p.m. Sunday on the Mahoney Road at state Route 95 in the town of Moira. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Megan M. Collette, 17, of Malone.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - BANGOR - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 2:23 p.m. Saturday on County Route 16 at Route 11 in the town of Bangor. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Vicki A. Austin, 48, of \St. Regis Falls and Brett M. Bush, 19, of North Bangor.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 12:27 p.m. Friday on state Route 37 near County Route 31 in the town of Louisville. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Jason Matthew Clark, 19, of Norfolk and W.J. Costello, 75, of Lisbon.
DWI - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Noel Olmstead, 33, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs following an incident at 6:14 a.m. Friday on state Route 37 in the town of Louisville.
