FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Angela M. Racine, 23, of Malone for failure to stop before entering roadway at 12:06 a.m. Sunday on Pierrepont Avenue after an officer reportedly observed her fail to stop before entering the roadway from a driveway.

LITTERING - POTSDAM - Village police charged Sam I. Landesberg, 20, of Croton On Hudson with littering at 12:29 a.m. Sunday on State Street after he reportedly threw a bottle on the ground.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Adolfo Cavazos III, 21, of McAllen, Texas, with disorderly conduct - violent hehavior at 2:15 a.m. Sunday on Market Street after he was reportedly involved in an altercation.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Chancellor J. Willis, 21, of Fort Drum with disorderly conduct - violent behavior at 2:25 a.m. Sunday on Main Street after he was reportedly involved in an altercation.

0137 Officer responded to La Casbah for a subject acting disorderly.

0214 Officers responded to a large fight on Market Street.

0238 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

0336 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

0717 Received a report of fireworks in the Leroy Street area. Determined to be hunters outside of the village.

0811 Several items turned into PD including keys and IDs that were located in an alley off Market Street.The owners were identified, and the property is being returned.

1016 Received information about underage drinking parties that took place on Pierrepont Avenue last night.Investigation continuing.

1106 Rescue Squad dispatched to Main Street in Potsdam for an emergency call.Patrols responded to provide care until the arrival of the squad.

1142 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to Madrid.

1443 Patrols made aware by an anonymous individual of a possible vehicle and traffic violation that is heading into the village.

1517 A caller states there are several parking violations on State Street. A patrol was dispatched to speak with the owners and ticket offenders.

1939 Officer responded to a criminal mischief complaint.
