Natasha M. Tracy, 22, of 32 W. South St., was arrested Monday at 11:40 a.m. for failure to pay a fine, city police said.

Melissa L. McLear, 30, of 505 King St., was charged Monday at 8:50 a.m. with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and at 8:25 a.m. with unlicensed operation, Ogdensburg police said.

Timothy A. Amo, 35, of 1076 Washington St., was ticketed Sunday at 1:57 a.m. on New York Avenue for speed in zone, city police reported.

James E. Holland, 37, of Bromaghin Road, was arrested Saturday at 9:49 p.m. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for a probation violation, Ogdensburg police said.

Michael T. Morin, 65, of Gatineau, Quebec, was ticketed Saturday at 3:31 p.m. at State and Greene streets for passed red light, city police reported.

Kelly J. Staton, 37, of 125 Belmont Courts, was arrested Friday at 7:35 p.m. a city court arrest warrant for second-degree harassment, Ogdensburg police said.
