AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - PARISHVILLE - St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies charged Ryan M. Gibson, 21, of state Route 72, Parishville, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 2:18 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 72 in the town of Parishville. He was also ticketed for operating a vehicle with no plate lamps and improper plates.
