FELONY DWI - WEST STOCKHOLM - Ryan L. Brothers, 27, of 55B McGinnis Road, Norwood, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies with two counts of felony DWI, misdemeanor third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding. Deputies said Brothers struck a road sign at 1:19 p.m. Saturday on Old Market Road in the town of Stockholm. His blood alcohol content was listed as 0.12 percent. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Brothers has a previous DWI conviction within the past 10 years, deputies said. He was arraigned in Parishville and released under the supervision of the probation department pending a future appearance in Stockholm Town Court.
