NORFOLK A Massena man was arrested and jailed Tuesday after Norfolk Town Police investigated an alleged domestic dispute.
Michael J. Riley, 25, of 1833 Route 420, was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment, a violation.
The alleged disturbance occurred on Mill Road in Norfolk on Sunday. Further information regarding what led to the charges wasnt disclosed by police.
Mr. Riley was arraigned in Norfolk Town Court and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 bond.
