BURGLARY - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Pearl L. Alexander, 24, of Chase Mills with first-degree burglary at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday at 398 Tiernan Ridge Road in the town of Norfolk. The charge stemmed from a complaint lodged with troopers at 10 a.m. Tuesday from the town of Louisville.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police have charged three 15 year olds - two from Norfolk and one from Norwood - with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance as part of an ongoing investigation into an incident that took place Wednesday at Norwood-Norfolk Central School.
The three teens cases were sent to the probation department to determine if they should be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.
Three teens had been accused of selling drugs in a Norwood-Norfolk High School bathroom shortly after noon Thursday.
A 15 year old and a 14 year old from Norwood and a 15 year old from Raymondville all were charged with felony fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
The teens allegedly sold a form of muscle relaxers, troopers said.
MENACING - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police reported Wednesday they had charged a 13-year-old male from Massena with third-degree menacing on Aug. 11 after responding to a complaint received at 9:30 p.m. Aug. 11 from the town of Louisville. The teenagers case was turned over to the probation department to determine if he should be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.
PETIT LARCENY - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Christy M. Beckett. 30, of Malone with petit larceny Monday following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers on July 31 from the town of Fort Covington.
