Constance I Van Deusen, formerly of Potsdam, died, Monday Sept 17th at the St. Regis Nursing Home in Massena, NY, at the age of 92. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 29th at 11am at the Garner Funeral Service. Friends may call at the Garner Funeral Service on Saturday from 9:30 until the time of the service.
