Joyce E. Smith, 24, of 1708 Ohio St., Apt. 4, was charged following an alleged hit-and-run crash around 3:04 p.m. Tuesday on Ohio Street near Wyoming Avenue.

According to Watertown police, Ms. Smith drove her vehicle into the rear of a vehicle driven by Terri L. Bray, 46, of 321 N. Indiana Ave., as Ms. Bray stopped for traffic. No injuries were listed in the police report.

Police said Ms. Smith left the scene, but Ms. Bray was able to record her license plate information.

Ms. Smith was charged with leaving the scene of an accident without reporting it and following too closely.
