Michael P. King, 39, of 426 Morris St., was arrested Friday at 8:44 a.m. on a city court warrant for July 30 domestic incident-related charges of criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child, Ogdensburg police said. Details were unavailable, but police reports said the victim was a 12-year-old female.

Mr. King was released to the supervision of probation.

Credence T. Jennings, 17, of 718 Linden St., was arrested Thursday at 6:45 p.m. for trespass, city police said.

David A. Hazelton, 37, of 1001 State St., Apt. 4, was arrested Thursday at 2:52 p.m. on a city court warrant for failure to pay a fine, Ogdensburg police said.
