MASSENA - Barry K. Hill, 22, 66 Spruce St., Massena, was arrested by village police at 6:05 a.m. Saturday and charged with three counts of petit larceny.

Mr. Hill allegedly stole several cases of beer from Price Chopper and Sunoco late last night. He was also charged in connection with the theft of two 12-packs of beer from Sunoco on August 8.

He was arraigned and sent to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $500 bail.
