NORFOLK — Kathryn A. Paquin, 50, passed away Thursday (September 20, 2012) at the Fletcher Allen Medical Center . Funeral arrangements are with the Flint Funeral Home, Moira.

Kathryn was born in Malone on January 29, 1962, where she attended Franklin Academy . On February 22, 1986, she united into marriage with Steven Paquin, and was employed at Canton Potsdam Hospital as a Certified Nurses Assistant where she worked in the emergency room department. Kathryn loved the outdoors she enjoyed camping, swimming, planting flowers, however she knew how to have fun on her husband’s four-wheeler. Kathryn also had the act in the kitchen, she knew just what to bake to temp the appetite of all her family and friends that came to visit.

She is survived by her husband Steven, a son James Russell Jr., of Ogdensburg, a daughter Morone and her husband Dennis Clark of St. Regis Falls , and a grandson Robert C. Russell. Also surviving Kathryn are her parents Phyllis & Herbert Robinson of Whippleville; her siblings, Paul Jock of North Bangor, Laura Burgess of Malone, Christine & Frank Tate, and Mark Jock both of Spokane Washington .

Kathryn is predeceased by her grandmother Beatrice Holcomb, her aunt Elizabeth (Betty) Ashley, a sister Candy Jock, and two brothers Larry and Lloyd Jock, Jr.

Friends are invited to call at the Flint Funeral Home, Tuesday (September 25, 2012) from 1-3 and 6-8. Kathryn’s funeral services will commence Wednesday at 11 am at the funeral home. Please contact the family for information regarding the gathering that will be held after the services.

A graveside service will be held Friday (September 28, 2012) in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Brushton at 10 am.

Memorial contributions in Kathryn’s honor may be made be directed to the Canton Potsdam Hospital Foundation, 50 LeRoy Street , Potsdam , NY 13676 .
